Return &Exchange Policy

• How to apply for return or replace:

    Enter your order number On the My Orders page, and the email address used when placing your order.
    Follow the guided procedure, print the Return Label & Authorization.

Pack item(s) as you first receive it (Make sure all documents and parts are packed in).

    Attach the pre-paid Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.

Return Merchandise Authorization
 ALL returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days.  If you are returning product(s) for any reason, please create or login to YOUR ACCOUNT and use our RMA request form to notify us of your return. Of course you can always  Email us or call us 626-315-7515 .
Shipping Carrier Damages

We will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method. Please note, in case of shipping damage, an insurance claim has to be finalized by the carrier before we are able to issue compensation or product replacement. Please keep the damaged item in case the carrier would like to examine it.
Concealed Product Damages

We will be glad to offer a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method for all damaged products.
Mis-shipments/Wrong Item Received
     If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all please CONTACT US of such issues. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return.
Defective Items
Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty. In the case that the manufacturer is unable to provide resolution, Souforce will replace the defective item. Souforce will also pay for the return shipment of these items.
• Standard Returns (no longer want/need item)

   A: Please apply return/ replace in 30 days since you receive the product.
  B: Please make sure all documents and parts are packed in before you ship out the returned parcel.
C: Product(s ) should be new or like new.
D: Unopened package.
E: Unused product(s).
F: A minimum 10% restocking fee will be applied to any refund.
