How to make a return or exchange?
Your satisfaction is what Souforce value most, so we are always working on high quality prouducts, and also Souforce is responsible for any kind of question you meet with our product

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in sell-able condition and in original packaging with documents and parts in packed within 45 days.
Souforce requires a Return Authorization Number before you send back anything for a return. Please contact us and request a RA number through the contact us page. Also note you can submit for an RA number through your account. Your login would have been emailed to you if you provided your email with your order.

For American buyers, if you are sending back a product to exchange, Souforce will ship out a replacement for free. Canadian or out of Country exchanges are charged actual shipping rate back.

2. What is Souforce’s international shipping policy?
Online orders are not being accepted at this time outside of the U.S. If you have an International Order please Contact Us for possible opportunities. We currently ship to many outside countries (Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, etc.).
We are working on bringing a new international partnership that will allow us to ship to over 100 countries worldwide giving you real time shipping quotes with duties and customs information. Stay tuned for more information.

4. Is my credit card safe on your website?
Souforce takes your security very seriously. Our on-line store uses the latest 128-bit encryption during checkout. We also process all payments through Authorize.net. We do not store or save your credit card information on any Souforce's servers or computers. Our system is PCI compliant and hacker scanned for protection. Just make sure when you are checking out, that you see the green https:// with the lock up in the corner of the domain name ensuring you are on an secure, encrypted page.

 
5. I cant’s login my account?
If you are making an online order and trying to log into your account, please be aware that your unique identifier as a customer is your email address.  We understand that remembering all of the different user names and passwords can be difficult. Also keep in mind that the last time you logged in could have been with another email address or someone else in the family.  If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'reset password' link and you will be sent a temporary password. Once logged into your account you can go in and reset the password to what you would like.
If you are having any troubles, please contact us and we can do a reset on your password. We cannot see your password. The only option we have is to reset it for you.

7. What is your guarentee?
Of course your satisfaction is important to us. Souforce guarantees products for 45 days from receive purchase of any defects, whether it is manufacturing or workmanship.
 
8. Can I sell your products?
Souforce has a dealer program and is excited about finding new store locations who are interested in selling our products.  Please contact us for more information.

 
9. What is an order number?
It is a transaction identifying number assigned by the website you purchased on.
 
10. Where can I locate my order number?
Order numbers are found at the top of the invoice included in your product
package. (Usually in bold print)
 
11.Do I include my full name for this request?
Please provide your name exactly as it was inputted on your order so that if you
have misplaced your order number that we can search for your order by your name.
 
12. How long will it take for my request to be processed?
We will look over all RMA requests and respond within 24 business hours.
